His body was discovered drifting at the nearby seafront at around 4:00pm on Sunday by people returning from a church service.

Villagers rushed to take pictures and uploaded it on Facebook. One villager, Martha Moni, had uploaded the pictures to the page, Niu Ailan in Pictures.

Local authorities are calling on the public, including the Asian Community in Papua New Guinea, and the international media to identify the man. The authorities and the media must identify the person when the body is not decomposed yet.

What is intriguing is the size of his testicles which are so huge making people to question the cause of such uncommon sighting.

There have been reports by villagers that sighting of bodies, especially of male Asian men are common in villages.

Reports of aggressive bosses on-board fishing vessels who throw out fishermen either alive or killed are common.

Families of loved ones await for eternity with no reports reaching them of their whereabouts.

Such practices have become common especially, in fishing, logging and mining areas.

Papua New Guinea’s on-going struggles with “Asian Investors”

Papua New Guinea has a history of widespread fishing by RD Cannery, a Filipino company based in Madang Province of Papua New Guinea. The company has been recently blamed for the declining Tuna Stock in the Pacific as well as human rights concerns.

There are allegations that the company does not give back to the community or the government given its networks with corrupt politicians.

Madang also has a Billion-dollar Ramu Nickel and Cobalt Mining owned by Chinese state-owned MCC. The company is blamed for poor labor and environmental standards.

The poorly-developed province also has decades of massive illegal logging by Rimbunan Hijau, a Malaysian logging giant. The company has other business ventures in PNG and has become a target of criticisms, citing political connections.

These practices by Asians have painted a peculiar image of “Asian developers” in the Pacific.

In the Solomon Islands in 2006 and again in 2019, locals in Honiara had an uprising against Asian shops looting shops and chasing Asians out of the country.

Within months, the numbers mushroomed again with new shops and more fake and counterfeited items in their shops.

However, in Madang, almost 95 percent of all the shops are owned and operated by Asians with fake and counterfeited goods.

The perception of Asians by the locals is not appealing as one would imagine.
