Michael Bay accused for killing a pigeon in Italy during the film shooting

Italian officials have accused Michael Bay of killing a pigeon during a scene on the Rome set of the 2019 movie 6 Underground. The director has refuted the accusations, claiming that no animals were hurt or killed when the action movie was being made in 2018. In connection with an incident that occurred on the sets of his 2019 Netflix feature 6 Underground, which stars Ryan Reynolds, Michael Bay has been charged with the murder of a pigeon in Italy. A homing pigeon was reportedly killed in 2018 in Rome during manufacturing, according to the Italian government. The American director has refuted the accusations leveled against him and stated that he has attempted to resolve the matter with the authorities over the years but to no avail.

The Wrap’s exclusive report claims that Michael denied the accusations made against him. “I am a well-known animal lover and active animal activist”, he claimed in a statement. “No animals used in the production suffered any pain or injuries. Or any other project I’ve been a part of over the past 30 years.”
